We’re just a few weeks out from Milwaukee Maker Faire (Nov 8–9), and this is one of our most important meetings before showtime!
We’ll finalize our 10x10 booth layout, lock in which equipment and projects are coming, and confirm volunteer roles, print materials, and logistics for setup and teardown.

Booth mockup walkthrough (layout, traffic flow, spacing)
Equipment check: laser, 3D printers, UV, leather stamping, arcade
Project status: LED Pong, Plinko board, QR displays
Print & promo: slideshow, pamphlets, signage
Fundraising: donation box, door prizes, scavenger hunt
Volunteer coverage and load-in timing
